About

The IMLA Municipal Appellate Practice Blog is produced for IMLA by Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP, a national law firm that offers legal practice in more than 35 specialties, including appellate law and local government law. With over 1,000 attorneys in 40 offices in 26 states, LBBS focuses on the full spectrum of appellate and municipal law issues, including environmental, business, education and telecommunications matters. LBBS’ Appellate Practice Group comprises a nationwide team of 31 appellate attorneys. LBBS has experienced and accomplished appellate attorneys practicing in all of its major markets who are familiar with local appellate court customs and procedures. Few full service law firms have as many appellate specialists or as large an Appellate Practice Group.
